ALUCAB canopy camper ModCAP Compact version without window.
When developing the canopy camper, we paid attention to making the entire superstructure as compact as possible.
ModCAP is our slimmest, lightest and most affordable campervan yet.
The ModCAP motorhome is made for those who want the full functionality of a motorhome, but without excessive dimensions that limit the passability and normal use of the vehicle.
The zero-overhang design, based on the proven ModCAP Canopy, maintains a sleek look, weighs just 140kg and adds just 70mm to the height.
This means that you will have free space on the roof for all your transport accessories.
Access inside is possible without using a ladder.
The mattress remains inside during transport, even when the tent is folded (most of it).
When folded into transport position, our living space is up to 60% lower than most others on the market.
The ModCAP body offers comfort for two people (comparable to the AluCab Gen 3-R roof tent).
The extension includes two rear external Molle plates to complement your kit with additional accessories.
Why is a compact motorhome the right choice?
Because it allows freedom of travel and meets the requirements of a full-fledged motorhome with the agility for everyday travel.
It's our most affordable camper yet, with the largest roof area on a lightweight construction and interior tent access, just like our other premium Canopy Campers.
Made from proven materials.
The tent fabric can be easily cleaned with water, soapy water or (if necessary) a mildew and stain remover (dilute with water in the appropriate ratio depending on the type of product). Be careful not to apply a non-concentrated mildew and stain remover directly to the canvas and then "scrub" the material aggressively. This could destroy the impregnation.
Impregnation:
Waterproofing spray helps keep the waterproofing stable. However, make sure that this spray is suitable for organic materials - tent canvas. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and repeat the process until you achieve the expected result.
Aluminum shell:
To keep the aluminum body of the tent clean, you can simply use car care products and wash the tent.
Use insect remover on the front of the tent after insects and other stubborn dirt have stuck to it, just like you would on your car.
Moving mechanical parts:
Simply use a multi-purpose spray on mechanically moving surfaces to protect them from corrosion. We recommend WD-40, Brunox, etc. products.
Electrical parts:
To keep electrical parts inside and outside the tent protected from moisture and in good working order, treat them with an electrical contact spray.
Tent fabric seams:
Even good seams will wear out over time and can leak moisture. This can be easily fixed by sealing the seams with special tent seam sealants.
