We believe that your shipment will be delivered as soon as possible and in perfect and undamaged condition .

For specific products, e.g. oversized ones that do not allow the use of symmetrical packaging material for shipping, the shipping price may vary.

We would also like to point out that due to their nature, some specific products cannot be transported by parcel but only by pallet or individual pallet transport.

Terms and conditions of the carrier PPL:

Cash on delivery fee 30 CZK - you do not pay in the case of an advance invoice or payment by card.

You can pay for the goods by bank transfer, online card payment or cash on delivery or card on the spot. If the goods are damaged, it is necessary to report the damage to the sender or transport service within 3 working days of receiving the goods. Conditions for transportation a) the length of the shipment (longest side) must not exceed 2 mb) the sum of the perimeter of the shipment and its length must not exceed 3 mc) the weight of the shipment including packaging must not exceed 50 kg d) glass, ceramics, porcelain, cast marble, tiles cannot be transported, tiles and other fragile products

Business conditions of the carrier Česká Pošta:

Cash on delivery fee of CZK 30 - you do not pay in the case of an advance invoice or payment by card.

The goods are primarily delivered to the contact address, if the addressee cannot be reached, the shipment is stored at the post office for 5 days. You can pay for the goods by bank transfer, online card payment or cash on delivery.

In case of damage, it is necessary to make a note at the nearest post office within 2 days of receipt! Then send the entry to our claims department! Conditions for transportation a) the length of the shipment (longest side) must not exceed 2 m. b) the sum of the perimeter of the shipment and its length must not exceed 3 m c) the weight of the shipment including packaging must not exceed 30 kg, heavier shipments are automatically forwarded to PPL or TopTrans and the cost of transport is billed according to the rate lists on this page.

DHL/PPL Sprint terms and conditions:

Cash on delivery fee 60 CZK - you do not pay in the case of an advance invoice or payment by card.

The carrier is obliged to ensure that the package is intact and that the package does not show obvious signs of damage when the recipient takes over the shipment. This check does not apply to the contents of the shipment. If obvious defects are detected upon receipt, the carrier is responsible for notifying this fact in writing at the time of delivery.

The recipient is obliged to notify the sender of hidden damage to the shipment without delay, but no later than within 3 working days from the day the shipment was delivered, and to request a record of the damage.

In the case of the PPL Sprint product, the recipient is obliged to provide evidence to the sender of the nature and extent of damage to the shipment by providing visual documentation within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the shipment.

The carrier has the right to verify the actual state of damage or partial loss of the shipment. For these reasons, the recipient is obliged to ensure that the shipment is not tampered with in any way and that the packaging of the shipment in which the shipment was delivered to him is preserved. For the same reason, the shipment may not be liquidated or transported to another location without the consent of the sender and the carrier.

If the recipient does not fulfill his obligations in time according to paragraphs 4 to 6 of this article of business conditions, the sender and the carrier have the right to reject the claim due to the lack of evidence of the occurrence of damage.

Business terms of TopTrans:

The driver will call you before his arrival and inform you of his arrival. The driver is equipped with a handling cart for transporting bulky goods on level ground. Only one driver will deliver the goods, so for any help, e.g. when moving up the stairs with heavier shipments, you need to arrange for a helper to help you with the return. Any further handling is always possible only after agreement with the driver. You can pay for the goods by bank transfer, online card payment or cash on delivery.

We can deliver shipments up to 3,000 kg with this transport. TOPTRANS acceptance of a shipment with a claim for mechanical damage: The customer is obliged to check and accept the shipment only if it is not damaged in any way. Under no circumstances should the driver sign the consignment note before a thorough inspection of the goods, even under the packaging! (for box packaging, only a visual inspection of the integrity and damage of the cardboard is sufficient).
