The capacity of 87.5 l of air produced in one minute at 0 kpa tire pressure (defect) and 66 l at 2 kpa tire pressure (under-inflation) is sufficient to inflate all wheels of one car after driving in sand or mud where significant under-inflation is required for improved traction and easier passage through this challenging terrain.
You will also appreciate the use of the compressor in case of a flat tire and subsequent repair with rubber "wicks", when even in a remote location you can inflate the repaired wheel directly on the spot. In many such cases of a "minor" defect, you don't even have to remove the wheel from the car and you can repair it directly on the axle after revealing the location of the leak, using water from a drinking bottle. Or use spring water for better identification.
