The plastic snorkel ensures that your car will supply cleaning air to the engine even in a dusty environment.
The Snorchle in the New Defender is not waterproof sealed and is therefore intended primarily for dusty environments and therefore does not in any way increase the wading depth specified by the car manufacturer.
With the original GEN part, you also get a simple Rivnut tool for pressing the rivet nut that needs to be placed in the upper side of the "A" pillar.
The snorkel is also equipped with an upper black glossy cap.
In case of loss of this cap, we supply a new one as a spare, separate Aftermarket part.
Made of black textured plastic.
The original snorkel is equipped with a metal holder for top mounting from us, unlike the original plastic one, which is supplied directly by the manufacturer.
In the case of a plastic holder, failure occurs in 90% by breaking it.
The set contains all the necessary assembly material, including double-sided adhesive tape that prevents it from rattling and making noises from the force of the wind while driving.
