The extremely strong construction of the canisters with a functional design is guaranteed by the production process using rotary pressing technology in the most modern pressing equipment.
Each canister is inspected visually and practically by filling it with liquid at the end of the production process.
Unlike three-layer pressed canisters, which can peel off individual layers due to different pressing technology and subsequent aging of the product, we use only one thick layer of material approved by the TÜV certification body and testing laboratory in the production of Overland Fuel canisters. The material is patented.
Overland fuel products are thus stronger, not prone to peeling of the material due to aging, and most importantly, they are able to withstand corrosive materials such as motor vehicle fuels, water, etc., even in the most demanding conditions of use.
Extremely high or low temperatures, jungle humidity, dry desert environments, monsoon rains, hail, mechanical damage, etc. none of this will surprise our products or cause them to fail.
The canisters have a specially designed leak-proof threaded cap with a rubber (fuel) or silicone (water) seal, a plastic self-venting pouring spout.
Store the empty canister with the screw cap loose to ensure air venting. This will also extend the life of the rubber seal on the cap.
Wash, rinse and dry new canister thoroughly before use. Reason - new plastic canisters can sometimes contain impurities from the manufacturing process.
The canisters are supplied with a pouring spout with a plastic screw cap, see description above.
We produce pouring spouts and screw caps in several color variants. They are supplied separately as spare parts.
Additionally, you can retrofit your canister with an aluminum screw cap manufactured using CNC technology.
Aluminum screw caps are supplied separately as an accessory and must be ordered individually.
The aluminum screw cap is stronger than the standard plastic one supplied with the canister. It is designed for those who will handle the canister daily, thus maximizing its potential by constantly filling and emptying it.
Quick-release mounting kits for attaching canisters are also sold separately.
They come in three versions: with one safety latch, two latches and two latches with a lock.
The mounting kits are made of aluminum, using the latest CNC technology. The surface is then hard anodized. They are available in gray-blue, black, red and natural silver.

Each canister is tested for leaks after the production process.
For this reason, there may be water residue inside the canister.
Before first use, rinse the purchased Water canister with water and the Fuel canister with diesel or gasoline, or another substance that you will transport in the canister.
