The so-called "hup-cuk" hand winch is used as an additional means of recovery, e.g. to push the rear of the car off a rut, to "hold" the car when going down a steep and slippery slope where there is a risk of uncontrolled and dangerous driving with the car overturning.
It can be used wherever the vehicle is not equipped with a front or rear winch. You can use it to move various loads such as tree trunks, boulders, etc.
The bag provides organizational order in stored equipment. This way you always have an overview of the stored tools and you don't have to constantly search for individual items in the car.
